Here are some details you might want to
know if you are interested in renting
Muth's Roost this summer.
Although there is a small 1st aid kit, otherwise no toiletry items are included.
LAUNDRY-there is not yet a washer & dryer on the premises.  Until they are installed, tenants must use a laundromat.  
There is a clothes line for drying clothes in the open air.

There is public beach access, but there may be a charge.

VILLAGE ORDINANCES:
Dogs:  Wisconsin state law & village ordinance requires that you obtain a dog license for your pet unless it is less than 6
months old.  You must have your pet's current rabies certificate proving vaccination.  The fine for allowing your pet to run
loose or for not licensing your pet is $55.00.  Village ordinance (10-90) calls for an owner to have in their possession a
scoop, bag, or other device designed to pick up & remove animal waste from public & private property
Tennis Courts:  These courts are located at the west end of Stark St & on Park Ln. in the Baywood Heights subdivision.  
They're available on a 1st come, 1st served basis except when used by organized programs.  Rules state that you must
relinquish the court every hour of play.
Garbage & Refuse collection:  It is the responsibility of the occupant of a residence to have the garbage at the
curbside on pick-up day (Tuesdays).
Recycling:  The village will collect recyclables at the curbside along with your refuse on the day assigned to you
(Tuesdays).  All recyclables can be co-mingled in the recycling bin, but care should be taken to remove rings & rinse
containers out.  Items to be recycled include:
-plastics numbered 1 & 2
-all glass containers regardless of color
-metal containers; aluminum, steel, & bi-metal       
-newspapers & magazines
-office paper
-corrugated cardboard
-waste oil placed in a non-returnable, sealed container
Burning:  Open air burning of all combustible materials is prohibited in the village with the following exception:  small
recreational campfires with logs or tree limbs not greater than 6 inches in diameter is permitted when done under the
supervision of an adult.
Parking of
recreational vehicles at the beach is not allowed.
Barrett Memorial Library:  The library provides a
children's story hour weekly.  No advance registration is necessary,
contact the library for details about the time & date @ 245-2709.

Entry into the attic & crawl space under the house is not permitted.

The monthly rental price for Muth's Roost is
$3200.00  If you want to rent Muth's Roost for 1 month during the summer of
2007, please print out the
rental agreement , sign it, & send it in along with the deposit check.  You will be provided the
entry key code shortly before arriving @ the house.
